Order Processing Timeframes and Indicative Delivery Times:
Our company commits to processing any order received on a working day by 12:00 PM within a reasonable timeframe. Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next business day. If the customer selects payment via bank deposit, they are advised to email proof of payment to info@tradesor.gr or office@tradesor.gr.
For e-shop customers, our company ensures same-day dispatch if the order is placed online by 11:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Timely order submission is crucial for efficient order management and prioritization. Timely entries help our staff manage the flow of orders effectively. Orders from e-shop customers are processed in priority order to ensure smooth operations and accurate stock communication.
Order Additions on Pending Orders:
Additions to already submitted electronic orders are accepted strictly until 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday. There is no limit on the number of added products, but modifications can be made strictly up to two (2) times per pending order. Any additional request beyond these limits is treated as a new order with applicable new shipping charges.
Order additions must be prepaid via immediate bank transfer and proof sent to info@tradesor.gr. Unpaid additions are considered invalid. These conditions also apply to Drop Shipping services.
Orders under 50.00 euros with VAT marked “store pickup” or “shipment upon customer instruction”:
The minimum order value for store pickup is 50.00 euros (incl. VAT). Orders below this amount will not be recorded. In such cases, we suggest purchasing directly at the store or through an authorized person.
Displayed prices on our website are wholesale and exclude VAT.
The minimum order value for online orders is 100 euros incl. VAT. For orders up to 500 euros:
7 euros shipping within mainland Greece
15 euros to Greek islands
30 euros to Cyprus (+10 euros for cash on delivery)
For orders over 500 euros in Greece, shipping is free.
International shipments (outside Cyprus) are processed upon request.
Orders under 100 euros incl. VAT will not be served.
Cash on delivery is permanently discontinued for all Greek customers as of 01/06/2023.
Exception: Drop Shipping service orders.
Shipping rates apply to parcels up to 0.80×0.80×1.00m.
Larger parcels or pallets are charged based on the logistics provider’s pricing.
Courier charges for volumetric weight under 4 kg (incl. VAT):
7 euros in Greece via Speedex Courier
30 euros abroad via DHL
Average delivery time is 1–3 business days for in-stock products. We are not liable for carrier delays or force majeure events.
If your order includes items pending arrival, delivery will occur once they are in stock.

Bank Transfer: No limit.
EU countries with VAT-exempt intra-community transactions:
Cash on Delivery: Allowed for orders up to 500.00 euros (+10 euros). Not allowed above that.
Bank Transfer: No limit.
Shipping partners for Greece and abroad:
Regions not listed are served via transshipment. For extra charges due to transshipment, email office@tradesor.gr with your order number and the logistics invoice.
We are not liable for transshipment charges. If applicable, we may credit the cost via a credit note at our discretion.
Returns:
Returns are accepted only at our headquarters. A shipping note is required.
For returns under 0.50×0.50m, send only via Speedex or Geniki Taxydromiki. Other couriers or collect shipments will be refused and returned to sender.
Returned products must be in their original boxes and complete. Missing accessories or damaged packaging void credit eligibility.
In-store returns (without a courier) have no restrictions.
Large parcel returns must use our approved carriers. Otherwise, parcels will be rejected and returned. Customers choosing their own courier are responsible for all charges. There is no limit to the number of return parcels in that case.
Right of Withdrawal:
Orders with issued invoices are not eligible for withdrawal. Invoiced purchases are business-to-business transactions for professional use. If the correct, non-defective product was delivered, no withdrawal right applies (Law 2251/1994, Art. 1a, para. 1).
What is considered withdrawal?
Withdrawal is the return of the entire order without justification, after delivery. If any product is used or activated, it is no longer eligible for withdrawal.
