The website www.tradesor.gr is the online store of the company “TRADESOR O.E” with VAT No. 801212868, Tax Office E’ Thessaloniki, G.E.MI 151875404000, headquartered in Thessaloniki, Monastiriou 184, Postal Code 54628 (hereinafter referred to as “the company”).
Before entering the online store and browsing our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the use of the company’s online store, located at www.tradesor.gr.
The warranty for all products at www.tradesor.gr is valid for one (1) year. Our products are imported, and based on Article 5, paragraph 5 of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, the obligation to provide usage instructions in Greek exists only when products are sold directly to the end consumer. As our company sells these items exclusively to professionals and resellers (B2B) and not to retail consumers, we are not legally obligated to provide Greek usage instructions.
The prices displayed on the website are wholesale prices excluding VAT.
The minimum amount for placing an online order is €100 including VAT and applies to all registered customers. For orders up to €500, shipping is charged as follows: €7 for mainland Greece, €15 for Greek islands, and €30 for Cyprus (with an additional €10 cash-on-delivery fee). For orders over €500 within Greece, shipping is free of charge. This rule does not apply to Cyprus and international destinations.
Orders under the minimum threshold of €100 including VAT are not processed under any circumstances. Cash on delivery has been permanently discontinued as a payment method for all customers within Greece as of 01/06/2023.
Exceptions apply to orders relating to the “Drop Shipping” service.

The above shipping fees apply to one (1) package of dimensions up to 0.80 x 0.80 x 1.00 meters. For larger packages or pallets, the cost is borne by the customer, and the shipping charge is determined by the courier company delivering the order.

Customer order payments can be made via bank deposit, using a credit/debit card, or by collecting from our store. Order invoices may be included in the package, delivered by the courier, or sent electronically upon request.

1. Provided Information & Products
Intellectual Property of Provided Information and Media Based on the property and moral rights of our company, as described in Articles 3 and 4 of Law 2121/1993, any reproduction of the provided information, such as text, parts of the database, graphics, or photos, to persons or internet users not part of our active customer base is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from our company (Article 14 of Law 2121/1993). Therefore, storage on a hard drive or other storage media, email transmission, server uploads, creation of deep and in-line links, printing and distribution in written form (electronic or printed), translation or distribution of content, conversion of all or part of it, and public presentation are all prohibited. All of the above are exclusive rights of our company and the TRADESOR trademark, intellectual property of its creator, Mr. X.E. Koroniadis. Our company, while reserving all legal rights, may take legal actions to protect its commercial reputation and rights against users who violate the aforementioned.
The law provides the following measures for the protection of intellectual property and the imposition of penalties against those who infringe it:
a. Criminal Penalties Imprisonment for at least one year and a monetary fine of €2,900 – €15,000 under Article 66 of Law 2121/1993.
b. Civil Penalties In any case of infringement or threatened infringement of intellectual property, our company may demand, as applicable, recognition of its rights, cessation of the infringement, and its future prevention (Article 65 par. 1 of Law 2121/1993).
Conditions for Starting Cooperation Listed products are available only for wholesale. The customer must have an active professional VAT number with activities (K.A.D) that allow the resale of our company’s goods. Applications with incomplete or false information will be rejected within 48 hours, and our company does not retain any copies of the provided information. Our company also reserves the right to reject a new customer’s application at its discretion after notifying the interested customer of the reasons for rejection. Additionally, registrations from foreign customers who are not allowed to conduct intra-community transactions with VAT exemption under the VIES system are rejected.
Termination of Cooperation and Financial Matters The termination of cooperation is not governed by any agreement. In any case, if the customer cancels 3 orders, with a shipping method requiring a carrier’s mediation, within a calendar year, cooperation is terminated and the customer’s account is permanently deleted. Additionally, the company and the customer can unilaterally decide to terminate the cooperation at any time provided there are no financial obligations to either party. If the customer’s financial obligations to our company exceed €999.99 and six months have passed without payment, our company, while reserving all legal rights, may take legal action to protect its commercial reputation and rights.
General Information The company makes every effort to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information provided on its website www.tradesor.gr, including descriptions and prices of products. Some products may appear with indicative photos. All posted details of each product may change without prior notice. The company is not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by product import factories with which it collaborates.
2. Limitation of Liability
Delivery Time The delivery time of products depends on the shipping location and the carrier handling the transport. The company may inform customers of the estimated delivery date of orders but reserves the right regarding delivery times in cases of force majeure for which the company is not responsible.
3. Security
The company takes all necessary measures to ensure the security of your personal data and electronic transactions using the most modern and advanced methods to ensure maximum security. All information related to your personal details and transactions is secure and completely confidential.
Customer Identification The codes used for your identification are two: the username and the password, which provide access with absolute security each time you enter them. You can change your password as often as you wish. Only you have access to your details through the codes and are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and secrecy of them. In case of loss or leakage of your codes, you must notify us immediately; otherwise, our company is not responsible for the use of the secret code by unauthorized persons. For security reasons, we recommend changing your password regularly. The company does not disclose customer details and transaction information unless authorized in writing by the customers or as required by a court decision or other public authority. You can request a copy of your account details to verify any errors. In any case, our company does not disclose or publicize your personal data and the information you trust us with. The personal data you provide when registering as a member is used exclusively for executing your transactions with our company. All information is encrypted and stored with absolute security.
4. Data Protection
At tradesor.gr, we operate in compliance with national and EU legislation, particularly with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals against the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. Therefore, we have established a Data Protection Policy (hereinafter “Data Policy” or “DPP”) to inform you about the Company’s policy regarding your personal data that you voluntarily disclose to us.
When visiting www.tradesor.gr and placing an order, as well as to ensure the ability to communicate with you, you will be asked to provide personal and tax details related to you. Any personal data you provide on the pages and services of www.tradesor.gr is intended solely for ensuring the functionality of the respective service and cannot be used by any third party without complying with the provisions of Law 2472/97 regarding the protection from personal data processing, as applicable. The data held may be disclosed to the competent judicial, police, and other administrative authorities upon lawful request and according to applicable legislative provisions. The customer has, within the framework of telecommunications privacy legislation, the rights of access and objection as provided by Articles 11 to 13 of Law 2472/1997. If you are not yet of legal age, registration on our website is strictly prohibited.
5. Product Purchase
On our online store at www.tradesor.gr, you can find all our products. Purchasing products through our website is exclusively for professionals with a valid VAT number and a tax-registered business activity code that allows them to issue and receive invoices for items related to our products. Retail purchases of our products require your physical presence at our store located at Monastiriou 184, Thessaloniki, ZIP 54628, operating from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. The prices displayed on our online store at www.tradesor.gr are wholesale prices excluding VAT and are visible only to approved customer accounts. Prices in our physical store are retail prices including VAT.

6. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation can only be performed if the order has not yet been shipped. You can contact our store via email at info@tradesor.gr or office@tradesor.gr, or by phone at 2310 567777 to cancel your order. If you choose direct bank transfer as your payment method and you cancel 3 orders within a calendar year, your customer relationship with our company will be terminated permanently.
Note: In the case of payment by bank deposit and order cancellation upon customer request, cash will not be refunded. Instead, the amount will be returned via bank transfer to an account you provide via email: info@tradesor.gr and office@tradesor.gr.

Directly and securely via your credit or debit card by selecting the card payment option at checkout.
Please include your order number and name during the deposit process. Upon receipt of payment confirmation in our payment system, we will confirm your order and initiate shipping. Please keep the deposit proof for your records. Orders with payment pending for more than 5 working days via direct bank transfer will be canceled.

8. Order / Shipping Costs / Warranty / Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy
Order Confirmation
Once your order is completed, the following message appears (example):

Shipping Costs
All prices shown on our website are wholesale prices, excluding VAT.
For orders up to €500, shipping is charged:
€7 for mainland Greece
€15 for Greek islands
€30 for Cyprus and abroad, per parcel (up to 0.80 × 0.80 × 1.00 meters)
For orders over €500, there is no shipping charge within Greece.
For cash-on-delivery shipments to Cyprus, there is an additional charge of €10.
Order Deadlines, Additions, and Delivery Estimates
Orders placed on business days by 12:00 PM will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after that time will be dispatched the next working day.
For bank transfers, customers must send proof of payment to info@tradesor.gr or office@tradesor.gr.
For cash-on-delivery, the customer must pay the total amount to the courier upon delivery.
For e-shop customers: Orders submitted online by 11:00 AM are processed and dispatched the same day.
Timely submission of orders is essential for inventory management and communication of any shortages.
Orders from e-shops are prioritized. This rule ensures smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Adding Items to Pending Orders
You may add products to an existing pending order up to 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
There is no limit to the number of products added, but only two additions per pending order are allowed.
Beyond two additions or after 12:00 PM, it is considered a new order with applicable shipping fees.
Additions must be paid via bank transfer, and the proof sent to info@tradesor.gr.
Unpaid additions are not accepted.
Delivery Times
Average delivery time is 1–3 working days for available products.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather).
Orders including back-ordered products will be shipped when all items are available.
Wholesale Orders Marked “Pickup from Store”
Online orders marked “pickup from store” are prioritized and can be processed within 3 hours.
Delays may occur during peak periods.
Pickup is allowed only after full payment.
Courier representatives must provide payment proof.
Unpaid orders cannot be collected.
Loading Charges
We are not responsible for extra handling fees (typically €4–€10) for island deliveries.
These are imposed by the carrier, not our company.
You may request a credit note if such charges occur by emailing office@tradesor.gr.
Returns of Products
Customers must unpack and inspect products upon delivery.
Any discrepancies must be reported immediately via phone or email to info@tradesor.gr.
Returns for incorrect products are accepted within 30 days and are free of charge.
If replacement is not possible, a credit note will be issued.
Returns can also be made in-store if the order was collected there.
If defective items are returned in the same shipment, all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
A shipping note is required with any return.
Returns without a shipping note will be sent back at the sender’s expense.
Returns of Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
Returns of mistakenly sent products are accepted within 30 calendar days if accompanied by a shipping note.
Items must be in perfect condition: packaging, instructions, accessories, barcodes intact.
Returns without a shipping note or beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
Any return charges in such cases will be billed to the customer.
Items showing damage, missing parts, removed company labels, or altered packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
No credit note will be issued in these cases.
Return parcels must be properly packaged to avoid transport damage.
Multiple small return parcels or parcels exceeding 1.20 × 1.00 × 0.80 m will be charged to the customer.
If non-eligible items are included, we may charge the full return cost to the customer.
This charge will be added to their account and deducted from future invoices.
If no further order is placed, a transport invoice will be issued, payable within 30 days.
Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for invoiced B2B orders.
Each purchase with an invoice constitutes a contract between two businesses for professional use.
If the correct product was delivered and it is not defective, no withdrawal is permitted under Law 2251/1994 (Art. 1a, par. 1).
What is considered withdrawal?
It is the unjustified return of an entire delivered order.
If even one item is used or activated, withdrawal is no longer valid.
Withdrawal must be submitted in writing and sent to info@tradesor.gr.
Credit Note
If a returned parcel includes a shipping note and is accepted by us, inspection is carried out within 1–5 working days.
Items that are damaged, missing accessories, or appear used are excluded from the credit note.
Accepted items are credited, and the credit note can be emailed upon request.
The amount will be automatically deducted from the next order.
If no future orders are planned, the refund can be made via bank transfer, following a written request with IBAN sent to info@tradesor.gr.
In all other cases, refunds are not issued.
Incomplete Orders
If an invoiced product is missing, inform us within 15 days of invoice date.
After verification, we will resend the missing item free of charge.
If the item is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
Refund is possible if no future order is planned.
Products Excluded from Warranty
For fragile items like automotive bulbs, solar lighting, and LED signs, if packaging is undamaged but the item arrives broken, warranty is void unless the issue is due to our handling.
Products exposed to liquids, soil, or human contact are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Warranty is void if:
Company barcode or labels are removed
Product is tampered with by unauthorized personnel
Damage is caused by misuse, falls, extreme temperatures, or liquid spills
Product exceeds usage limits
Manufacturer labels or serial numbers are missing or altered
Installed improperly
Used with illegal software/apps

Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only in cases of termination of cooperation and after clearing of the customer account.
Requirements:
Account deactivation on the B2B platform
Written request to info@tradesor.gr with IBAN
Agreement to terminate cooperation
Once deactivated, the customer’s VAT number is permanently removed from our database.
Future cooperation requires a new VAT and email address.
Refunds are not issued in any other circumstances.
Product Repair – RMA
Defective products may be repaired by our technical team.
If repair is not possible, replacement will be provided.
Customers must fill out a service form with details and problem description.
After inspection, a technical report and cost estimate (if any) are provided.
Reservation Policy
Orders may be reserved for up to 10 working days from confirmation.
If no payment or deposit is received, the order is canceled.
Once paid, the invoice is issued and the order is shipped or made available for pickup.
9. XML File
Registered customers may request access to our product catalog in XML format for use on their websites.
Important: XML integration must be handled by your web technician.
The XML file includes:
Product ID, Name, SKU, Description, Image, Gallery, Category, MPN, Prices (Wholesale & Suggested), Color, Manufacturer, Stock Status & Quantity, Weight, Size, and Shipping Lead Time.
The XML catalog is available only to authorized customers.
Unauthorized use or publishing will result in legal action.
All product content provided via XML is copyright protected (Law 2121/1993).
Each page is considered an independent intellectual work.
Reproduction is allowed only for approved customers and sales platforms (e.g., Skroutz, BestPrice, Shopflix).
Compatible platforms: WordPress, OpenCart, Shopify, PrestaShop, and custom-built systems.

Support terms apply exclusively to registered B2B users and wholesale customers.
Customers may not redirect their own customers to us for product queries or complaints.
Such actions damage the e-shop’s reputation.
We are not liable for any negative reviews resulting from lack of proper customer service by our B2B clients.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The company reserves the right to unilaterally amend or update the terms and conditions for online transactions without prior notice to registered users.
